Pan fried fillet of halibut served on a bed of vibrant lemon and parsley green beans with new potatoes topped with a creamy garlic and herb sauce

Nut Roast (V)
A mushroom and rice roast topped with cranberry, cashews and chestnuts. Accompanied with  fresh vegetables, roast potatoes and vegan gravy

31ST DECEMBER NEW YEARS EVE

Check in will be from 3pm but guests are welcome to visit us early to drop any bags off. Our rates are on a dinner bed and breakfast basis for New Years Eve and bed and breakfast for all other days in addition to New Years Day. You will be able to enjoy some music and dancing from our singer and DJ and a  fabulous night in our magnificent restaurant. We will start you off  with a glass of bubbles and you will then indulge in a sumptuous celebratory dinner followed by music guaranteed to have you dancing into the early hours.  At the stroke of midnight, we welcome in the New Year in style!

1ST JANUARY NEW YEARS DAY

Enjoy your first breakfast of the year,  no need to rush today, breakfast will be  served until 10.30am Check out will be 11am. For those guests who leave us today,  we bid you a fond farewell and look  forward to your company once again in  the coming year. If you wish to extend  your break, please take advantage of  our ‘stay a little longer’ rates.

Booking Terms & Conditions

1)The deposit of £50 per person for both packages is required on

the day of booking.

2)Non-payment of the deposit will result in your booking being  cancelled.

3)All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable and  cannot be used towards any other goods and/or services (deposit  payment and full payment)

4)The final balance payment for all packages must be received by  1st December.

5)Bookings after this date must be paid in full at the time of

booking.

6)Any adjustments must be confirmed in writing and will be subject  to approval by the hotel.

7)Additional places are subject to availability.

8)Food pre-orders must be received by the hotel by 1st December. If  they are not received by this date then your party will all be  allocated a same choice menu and changes cannot be made. If  you have any concerns regarding food allergens then please  speak to a member of management for more information.

9)Choice of which sitting you are in for lunch/dinner is allocated on  a first come first served basis, once a sitting is full, you will  automatically be allocated which ever sitting is available.

10)The Wildings Hotel reserves the right to alter, amend or change  the advertised event in the unfortunate circumstances of force  majeure, ill health or forces beyond their control.

11)The Wildings Hotel reserves the right to cancel the event at any  time for any reason. In this circumstance a full refund will be  issued.

12)All prices include VAT at the current rate.

13)Hotel management reserve the right to refuse entry to the hotel  and to charge the company, organiser or individual for any  damages caused by unreasonable behavior.
